At Meer Organics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, purity, and safety. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used or opened products (lipstick, soap, or skincare items) cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@meerorganics.com or message our official Facebook page with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Photo or video showing the issue

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2 working days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or courier return depending on your location.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

  • In case of partial returns, only the eligible item’s value will be refunded.

4. Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can replace the defective item instead of issuing a refund (subject to stock availability).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or sample products
